Nathan Fong is currently Chief Financial Officer of Atrinsic, Inc. Prior to joining Atrinsic, Mr. Fong
served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Orchard Enterprise, Inc., a privately owned company
which was formerly public and listed on NASDAQ (NASDAQ:ORCD). The Orchard is an industry pioneer and innovator in digital
media services, partnering with entertainment companies, music labels, recording artists and others. Formerly, Mr. Fong
was Chief Financial Officer of Rodale International, a major publisher of health and wellness related books and magazines
with global operations. Mr. Fong also served as Chief Financial Officer of Discovery Networks International - the international
division of Discovery Communications, Inc. - a leading media and entertainment company with 1 billion subscribers
in 160 countries. Earlier in his career, he was Divisional Vice President of Finance at Twentieth Century Fox International.
Mr. Fong has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Masters of Business Administration from
the University of Rochester.

Aaron Baker
Executive Vice President, Atrinsic Interactive
Aaron Baker is Executive Vice President of Atrinsic Interactive for
Atrinsic, Inc. His responsibilities include overseeing the agency division and its
integrated service offerings, including affiliate relations, search marketing and
social media. Mr. Baker has over 15 years of advertising experience, and is an expert
affiliate marketer. Previously, Mr. Baker served as Vice President of Sales and
Marketing of Pepperjam, a privately held full-service Internet marketing company.
At Pepperjam, Mr. Baker was responsible for managing the sales organization and
service delivery with both agencies and direct advertisers across search-engine
marketing, affiliate marketing and media buying solutions. Mr. Baker is an alumnus of
the United States Military Academy at West Point.
